The company is a family run firm with over 30 years' experience in the industry. This is a permanent role with interviews tobe held ASAP Hours and Salary: " Working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, you will earn a competitive salary of £23,776.30 plus bonus As a Customer Service Advisor, your daily responsibilities will involve: " Taking and managing incoming customer enquiries & problems " Liaising with our Service Providers to give quick and efficient response to customers " Arranging exchange & installation of faulty appliances " Problem solving To work well within the team as a Customer Service Advisor: " You must be confident and have excellent communication skills, as well as being well organised. " You should also enjoy problem solving and have a good eye for detail and be self-motivated.
