Estimator/surveyor

**Building Construction Estimator/Surveyor | Chesham | Monday to Friday | £45,000.00 - £55,000.00 per year**

Established in 1923, our client is a regional building contractor and developer. The company operates in the northern and western home counties.

Customers vary as much as the type and scale of the projects the team are involved in.

You will be working on projects across Bucks, Berks, Hertfordshire and Northwest London. Valued between £150K & £5m

A quantity surveying qualification is essential.

**You will have experience in**
- New builds
- Extensions and refurbishments to private housing
- Commercial and ecclesiastical projects

**What will your role look like?**
- Travelling to the site to conduct surveys
- Liaising with suppliers/ subcontractors/clients
- Preparing estimates
- Reviewing site progress
- Preparing monthly valuations and final accounts for clients and subcontractors
- Assisting project management with procurement
