As an experienced Nurse from the NHS or private care, you'll join the team at Sturt House as a Part-Time Physical Health Nurse working 15 hours per week (7.5 hour shifts), where you can change lives for the better.

What you will be doing
As a qualified Physical Health Nurse with experience, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of the physical health needs of service users, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork with the multidisciplinary team, such as GPs andSALTs.
You will be responsible for monitoring observations and assessments to identify any actions that need to be addressed and documented.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn't like a free massage at work?

The service operates 24/7. You will work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights. Standard shifts are 7.5 hours a day, working 2 days a week.
Where you will be working
Location: Sturt's Lane, Walton on the Hill, Surrey, KT20 7RQ
You will be working at Sturt House, a recovery-focused, rehabilitation unit providing specialist mental health treatment for males aged 18 and over.
Sturt House is committed to delivering a high standard of care, with the Service User encouraged and supported to be actively involved in the development and review of their treatment and pathway in accordance with their own abilities.
