**Payroll Coordinator (9 month FTC)**
**Home working with occasional travel to the Head Office in Tamworth**
**Role Overview**:
Come and join our friendly payroll Team at LKQ Euro Car Parts. As a Payroll Coordinator, you’ll make sure our employees are paid accurately and on time. This role will also give the opportunity to develop some wider project skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
¦ Processing and entering all information for the payments of colleagues
¦Producing reports to assist in business planning
¦ Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
¦ Assisting colleagues with any payment queries
¦ Assist outside bodies such as HMRC / Irish revenue and courts to ensure compliance at all times
¦ Assisting with daily administration and any other assigned tasks by your line manager
¦ Managing payroll and expenses for UK and ROI employees.
**Key and Desired Skills**
- Efficient on Excel, from reports to monthly submissions
- People focused - whether it’s customers, colleagues and suppliers, people are at the heart of everything you do
- Able to keep cool under pressure
- Clued up on the latest HR systems (ADP/Sage/Core HR)
- The number one team player, with the ability to work with a number of teams to get the job done.
