Job Introduction**Bravoauto - Preparation Supervisor**
We’re currently expanding our bravoauto network with plans to open a retail centre in Staffordshire very soon We are looking to build a fantastic team to get us started and have an amazing opportunity for a Preparation Supervisor to join the team.
The Preparation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring service and repairs are carried out effectively and accurately to achieve the highest possible standards for technical quality at our bravoauto retail Centre. The Preparation Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring maximum productivity in the workshop, liaising with the Technicians to ensure that all required work is actioned effectively and efficiently, keeping the customers expectations top of mind.
Main Responsibilities
- Allocate work to qualified technicians
- Monitor Progress of repairs and service and communicate to sales manager
- Check capacity in the workshop based on any additional work requirements
- Ensure that quality checks are carried out as per Inchcape and brand guidelines
- Monitor and give feedback on Technicians quality and efficiency
- Order parts, receipt parts in
- Deal with Retail customers from booking through to delivery of service
- Technical Knowledge and qualifications relating to vehicle maintenance
- Computer Literate
- Completion of Required Training Courses
- Good communication skills
- Leading a team
- Work well alone and in a team
- Time keeping and preparing vehicle to showroom condition
- Ability to work using guidelines
- Organisation skills
