Management Accounts Assistant

Bloomcare are continually expanding so we are strengthening the finance team by introducing a new role to Finance for a Management Accounts Assistant to assist in the treasury and purchase ledger function. Looking for a dynamic individual who is keen to learn and progress as the company does.
Finance team are mostly based in Southport so this would be suitable for anyone in a Southport and surrounding areas.
**Main Duties**
- Coordinating the purchase process and provide process notes to the business
- Review of Agency invoice process
- Processing invoices, getting approvals and reconciling supplier accounts
- Review and reconciliation of company credit card accounts
- Chasing up supplier responses and internal deadline submissions
- Posting and allocating bank transactions
- Supplier payment run preparation
- Preparation of accruals and prepayments for review
- Production for review of management accounts for Property companies
- Ad hoc duties as required in relation to finance projects
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Grade C/5 + in GCSE Maths/English
- AAT
- Administration experience desirable
- Experience with Sage 50 is desirable
**Terms**
- 37.5 hrs per week Mon-Fri
- Salary
- negotiable depending on experience, from £20,000 per annum.
- 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
- Preferred location, Southport and surrounding areas. Hybrid working will be considered once the individual has settled in the position.
