**About The Role**

The Head of Sales role leads the New Sales, Member Success and Account Management teams.

The aim of the Head of Sales role is to develop and nurture new sales, member success and account management within 20:20. Responsible and accountable for delivering monthly, quarterly and annual revenue by bringing in new quality clients and ensuring the success of our members with a strong focus on adoption.

The Head of Sales will lead the sales team and be assisted by the Marketing, Member Support and Technical teams and the role reports to the CEO.

**What You Will Do**:

- Ownership of the full sales process, including leading new sales, member success and account managers.
- Responsibility and ownership of the member journey and the member playbook.
- Leading and instigating initiatives across the sales team (Standups, Power Hour, feedback sessions, case studies, process refinement).
- Evolving strategies so that the team can help member firms succeed, including the creation and refinement of the process, and production of content.
- Collaborating with the team when building new processes and ensuring proper implementation.
- Performing weekly portfolio and pipeline reviews with the sales team to ensure active pipelines and members are working through the member journey.
- Having regular feedback and coaching sessions with sales team members.
- Listening to the team and communicating with senior leadership to ensure the sales team has all resources necessary to perform their role to the best of their abilities.
- Successfully selecting and onboarding future sales talent.
- For all sales opportunities, ensuring our CRM is accurate and up-to-date across the team.
- Regular feedback and collaboration with other heads of the business and the technical team to ensure the best possible member experience.
- Focus on personal / professional development of self and sales team through mastery.
- Education Interactions including running Lunch and Learns for subscribed members when on the member journey.
- Attending events, either hosted or industry events and speaking to members and prospects about our value proposition.
- Presenting on initiatives to the wider company at team update meetings.

**Experience required**:

- Knowledge of the Accounting space - the industry and the Ecosystem.
- Proactive in coaching the team to everyday be better.
- Actively seeks and delivers feedback in a timely and constructive manner. This includes listening to calls.
- Data-driven, strategic and challenging approach to sales leadership.
- Active listener with a compassionate but firm approach - two ears, one mouth.

**KPIs**
- Number of active members per month.
- Time in member journey stages.
- Time to value metric (how quickly a firm starts getting value out of our services)
- Churn.
- Revenue in terms of New, Expansion, Retained and Renewal income streams.

**Number of direct reports**
- Currently 3. We are actively recruiting so expect this number to grow in the short term and will continue to grow alongside our sales success in the future.
