**EPOS or PC / IT Hardware Field Service Engineer**

Looking for an experienced computer hardware support person to do Field Service calls in retailers stores on the IT and EPOS equipment.

This role is to covering service calls in and around North Essex / Suffolk. Applicants should ideally live in the IP postcode area, Ipswich, Bury St Edmonds etc.

You will be trained on EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) equipment, and associated IT systems in retail environments. Any previous EPOS experience highly desirable.

You will be doing mostly: hardware swaps and repairs, sorting out connectivity issues on LAN's and WAN's and software rebuilds etc.

Applicants must be able to support weekends working 1 in 2 Saturdays and 1 in 3 Sundays on a 5 days out of 7 rota, and an evening on call rotation approx 1 in 6.

Standard hours are 09:00 - 17:30, working 5 days per week. (during on call week 11:30 - 20:00).

Salary £22000 made up of Basic Salary £20000 + Co Van, and £2000 in on call / shift allowance.

In additional overtime is paid at x1.5, and x2 on Sundays, likely to add upwards of £2000 per annum.

There's also a bonus scheme on successful completion of service calls that adds around £100 per month.

Gross income per annum including the overtime and bonus is likely to be well over £25000 + Van.

Fully expensed company van provide. Personal use available.

This is a full time permanent PAYE position with company pension, paid holidays and private health care.
