**Job Title**:Pastoral/Attendance Officer

**Location**:Wroughton Academies, Gorleston, Norfolk

**Salary**:Band F14 £29,540 (Actual £14,051)

**Contract Type**:Fixed-Term Contract

**Working Pattern**:21 hours, 38 weeks

**About You**:
The Wroughton Academies are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastoral/Attendance Officer to join our caring and committed team. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about supporting young people - building strong relationships, promoting well-being, and helping every student succeed. We’re looking for someone proactive, approachable, and resilient, with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
- GCSE English and Maths Grade 3 minimum or equivalent
- Experience of working with children in an educational setting
- Understanding of safeguarding legislation, policies, and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
