One of the UK's leading providers of residential conveyancing services to home movers is currently looking to hire an experienced technical conveyancer for its brand-new Cardiff office.

**As a technical conveyancer, you will handle more complex and intricate matters such as**:
- Lease extensions
- Newbuilds
- Shared ownership
You will ideally be a Solicitor, CLC or CILEX qualified, although this is not essential.
**Key tasks and responsibilities**:
- Representing clients though the residential property sales & purchase conveyancing transaction
- Ownership of complex files: lease extensions, newbuilds, shared ownership, stair casing or a complex chain
- Raising & replying to enquiries
- Reporting on Titles
- Corresponding with clients, agents, lenders and providers
- Acting as mentor and “go-to” expert on technical matters in your team and the business as a whole
