**The Role**:

- Deliver outcomes: Architect, configure, and deploy enterprise network solutions (SD-WAN, SASE, Wi-Fi, firewalls) that solve real customer challenges.
- Champion managed services: Act as a trusted escalation point, blending hands-on support with strategic consultancy to keep customer networks resilient, optimised, and aligned with SLA commitments.
- Own the lifecycle: Lead projects from presales and scoping through design, staging, installation, documentation, and handover.
- Be the trusted advisor: Guide customers on secure connectivity, digital transformation, and best practices.
- Collaborate and share: Bring fresh knowledge to the team, mentor others, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation: Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and adopt new technologies — don’t wait to be told.
- Represent TIEVA: Attend customer meetings, present with confidence, and build strong, trusted relationships.

As a TIEVA Senior Network Consultant, you’ll deliver secure, scalable network solutions that drive business transformation and customer success. You’ll be hands-on, proactive, and always seeking opportunities to add value — whether that’s designing a next-gen SD-WAN, leading a workshop, or mentoring the team.

**Certifications**
- (Minimum of 3 held or actively working towards)_
- Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) - Network Security (FortiGate & FortiManager ideal)
- Cisco CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent track)
- Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist (FCSS) - Secure SD-WAN and SASE
- Aruba Certified Professional (ACP) - Mobility and ClearPass (ACX a strong plus)
- Palo Alto PCNSA / PCNSE

**Technical Expertise**
- Strong foundation in TCP/IP, Ethernet, routing, switching, and network security design.
- Proven experience delivering SD-WAN, SASE, and Zero Trust architectures for hybrid and cloud-first strategies.
- Experience with IP fabrics, VXLAN/EVPN, SDN, and automation to standardise and optimise operations.
- Vendor expertise across Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager), Cisco, Palo Alto, and Aruba (ClearPass, Mobility).
