**About Us**

We’re a fast-growing beauty brand with offices based in Ceredigion, Wales, and we’re looking for a **Social Media & Community Lead** to take charge of our online presence. If you live and breathe Instagram, TikTok, and all things content this is your chance to shape and grow the digital voice of a brand with big ambitions.

**The Role**

As our Social Media & Community Lead, you’ll manage and grow our brand’s social media channels, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok. You’ll create engaging content, keep us on trend, and build a loyal online community. You’ll work closely with our design and editing team and have light freelance support during busy launch periods, so you can focus on what matters: strategy, growth, and results.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the freedom to lead, create, and innovate while reporting directly to the founder.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Plan and run our social media strategy for Instagram & TikTok
- Create engaging content calendars and campaigns for product launches and brand moments
- Work with design and editing support to deliver high-quality, platform-specific content
- Keep our channels on trend and up to date with the latest formats and ideas
- Build and grow an engaged online community through comments, DMs, and interactions
- Spot opportunities with influencers, creators, and UGC partnerships
- Manage Instagram Shopping and TikTok Shop set-ups and updates
- Provide weekly reports on performance and growth, with recommendations
- Stay calm under pressure during product launches and busy campaign periods

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience growing brand social media channels (Instagram & TikTok essential)
- Strong understanding of trends, algorithms, and content performance
- Creative and proactive, with the confidence to own and drive ideas forward
- Highly organised, able to plan calendars and keep projects on track
- Calm and adaptable during launches and changes
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Knowledge of ASA/CAP advertising rules and GDPR for content (training can be given)
- Bonus: Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or wellness

**What We Offer**
- Salary**:£28,000 - £32,000 per year** (DOE)
