We are looking to hire Baristas and supervisors for our new coffee shop **Centenary Coffee & Co** opening at **Bicester North Station** We are a company that provides quality refreshments for people on the go with excellent service with branches in Birmingham, Leamington Spa and Worcester.

We have full-time and part-time positions available.

We are hiring and looking for an enthusiastic, confident and proactive team with high standards who can provide an **excellent customer service**.

Previous experience in a similar position is required.

**Responsibilities**
**Preparing expertly made coffees, frappes, smoothies and teas. Baking pastries and breakfast rolls in the morning.**
- Hands on role with experience of food and drink, taking orders, preparing and serving customers food and drinks to take away.
- Following company rules and systems at all times
- Building awareness by understanding customers needs and using this knowledge to improve the service.
- Dealing with cash and card payments.
- Responsibility to include all areas are kept clean and tidy
- Following all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
- Cleaning as you go and end of shift.
- Able to operate oven, panini grill and other equipment as instructed
- Opening and Closing Duties
- Cashing up at the end of the day (Supervisors/Team leaders)
- Be able to follow instructions from your manager or store manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.70 per hour
