**Mortgage Underwriter (BTL Lending)**
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Mortgage Underwriter to join our client, a highly successful specialist mortgage lender. As a Mortgage Underwriter you will be responsble for the manual underwriting of BTL and Bridging Finance cases inline with companypolicy.

Excellent career prospects.

Role will offer some flexibility to work from home but will also require weekly travel to the office.

**Experience for the role of Mortgage Underwriter required**:

- Minimum 2 year’s experience in an mortgage underwriting or credit risk analysis role
- Experience of manual mortgage underwriting
- Experience of BTL lending (Professional, Portfolio Lending, Ltd Company, HMO)
- Must have held a mortgage lending mandate of at least £150k.
- Has experience working for a mortgage lender / property finance lender / private bank.
- Quick learner, ability to adapt and evolve.
- Self starter
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
- Good time management skills
- IT literate: Competent MS Office skills and ability to adapt to internal systems.
- Ambitious, proactive, and hungry to progress within the company

Up to £50k Basic + Bonus + Benefits (Dependent on experience)
