**Sales Executive**
- **Location - Birkenhead**:

- **Basic Salary up to £25k per annum**:

- **Uncapped commission**:

- **Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (no weekends)**

Search Consultancy are working with one of fastest growing and successful companies on the Wirral to recruit for a number of Sales Executives.

Our client is a fast-paced business who are on the lookout for money motivated salespeople to join their rapidly expanding sales team.

Duties include:

- Inbound / Outbound calling to new and existing customers
- Matching the customer's needs
- Familiar with Sales Structure
- Demonstrate positive and professional attitude/behaviour at all times
- Promoting our client's brand, products and services
- Enhance customer experience through excellent quality & compliance
- Manage own performance, willingness to learn

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours:

- Ability to question the customer effectively to understand their needs;
- Polite and attentive telephone manner; must be able to build rapport and offer a fantastic customer service experience
- Assertiveness that achieves a win/win situation;
- The desire and potential to work under pressure in a competitive and fast paced environment

**Experience**:

- 6 months continuous sales experience
- Preferably in a contact centre environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve issues
- Must be Computer Literate and have managed multiple systems at a time
