North Bridge House Nursery School are seeking to recruit an administrator to join our team.

Situated in Hampstead, the Nursery school provides an outstanding education and excellent pastoral provision for children in Nursery and Pre-Reception.

We are looking for an administrator to run the office at the Nursery school, supporting the senior leadership team, teaching staff, pupils and parents; ensuring the smooth running of the administration and reception aspects of the school.

**Responsibilities**:

- Run the office at the Nursery school, supporting the senior leadership team, teaching staff, pupils and parents; ensuring the smooth running of the administration aspects of the school.
- Be the first point of contact for parents, visitors and contractors and will need to ensure that all school safeguarding procedures are strictly adhered to by these persons.
- Monitor the attendance of pupils and will follow up all absences in a timely fashion.
- After School Clubs, Tea and Breakfast Clubs and Holiday Camp - manage club bookings, liaise with parents accordingly and create offers using our School App.
- Orders - Ensure that paper and photocopy ink is ordered for the whole school in addition to any office stationery required. Track the order process, ensuring that deliveries are swiftly delivered to the recipient
- The ability to work independently is essential to this role, whilst being proactive and organised to meet deadlines.
- IT literate, with the extensive knowledge of MS Office Applications.
- You will provide administrative support to the Head of School as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of working in a school office environment desirable
- Must be confident in working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to answer the phone is a respectable manor
- Carry out data tasks to a high level
- Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must as is an ability to communicate effectively in both the written and verbal form.
