**SOUTHAMPTON - TRUCK SERVICE ADVISOR**

Independently owned main HGV dealers who recently celebrated their 32nd year of trading this year. It is an exciting time to be joining the business as it continues to grow. With 6 Depots across the South and will continue to reinvest heavily in all locations whilst still looking to expand the group.

**The Role**:

- Fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor at the Southampton location to join the team
- Working within the service team in this fast paced, busy depot, you will be a key member at the heart of the whole operation
- This is a very hands-on role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the service department and assisting with workshop control, to maximise productivity and efficiencies
- Retail invoicing, ensuring that the customer experience with the servicing department is kept to a high standard and KPI targets are met.

**Requirements**:

- You must have proven and stable experience from a similar automotive position
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work affectively under pressure
- Ability to develop and manage teams within a fast-paced workshop environment
- You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry

**On offer**:

- Starting salary between £25,000 to £29,000 per annum + KPI Bonus + Pension + Benefits + Excellent training
