You'll be responsible for a team of 4 ensuring the Group Purchase Ledger is maintained through the effective processing of purchase orders and invoices. Overseeing the day to day processing within the purchase ledger department. Including coding, matchingand batching of invoices and posting invoices to the ledger. You will be required to provide the finance director with periodic reports so previous experience of this will be essential.
You’ll mentor and develop the team and provide a positive and encouraging environment to allow the department to grow and develop.
The company is a secure, profitable business offering 28 days holiday including 8 bank holidays.
Hours are 8 am to 5 pm, with a 30-minute break Monday to Friday. They offer free on-site parking and they're located close to lots of amenities so grabbing a bite at lunchtime or going for a walk is not going to be a problem.
