warehouse and transport? Are you physically fit and looking for a new
challenge? We are looking for a Yard Marshall to join our team working on
the British Gypsum contract.
Pay, benefits and more.
You will be working 3 x Rotating shift patterns
- Monday to Friday, 0500-1400 £14.20 per hr
Monday to Friday, 1330-2230 £14.20 per hr
Monday to Friday, 2130-0530 £15.29 per hr
We are offering 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. You’ll have access to a

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Organise and manage yard activities.
- Ensure that all aspects of the yard operation are conducted
safely.
- Report unsafe acts and conditions to management team.
- Take reasonable care for your health and safety and that of
others.
- Be responsible for good housekeeping including sweeping,
cleaning of storage areas and gritting when required.
- Manage XPO contractors in yard areas.
- Complete safety audits.
- Complete daily inspections of vehicle/trailer fleet.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Must be flexible in working hours to support business needs.
- Previous similar experience would be an advantage.
- You will always work in a safe manner.
- Ongoing training will be given in this role.
