Freight Sales Executive

£30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits + Progression

Newry

Do you have experience in Account Management or Business Development within Freight Forwarding and want to help accelerate growth in an established department? Perhaps you’re looking to join an organisation that can offer long term career prospects?

With significant investment ringfenced for the Freight Forwarding division, we are looking to speak with confident and ambitious Forwarders who are looking to accelerate their career.

If you enjoy building relationships, offering solutions to logístical problems and are keen to progress, this could be the role for you.

You will be an integral part of the business and key to the growth strategy in place and will benefit from an extensive existing Client base to partner with and a fantastic industry reputation to capitalise on.

**What you will be doing**:

- Oversee Key Accounts to ensure booking fulfilment
- Identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- Organise meetings with potential & existing clients
- Quoting, booking & overseeing the Import/Export process
- Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

**What you will need**:

- Good understanding of the transport and logistics industry
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to develop and build strong and personable relationships over the phone and in person
- To be highly motivated and ambitious
- High attention to detail
