**Salary**: £20 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Mandatory Requirement: Band 4 and Active PVG

Role Overview: As a Health Care Assistant (Band 4), you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing essential care and support to patients. Working under the guidance of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals, you will ensure the well-being and comfort of those in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility assistance, and nutritional support.
- Monitor and document patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide emotional and social support to patients and their families.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and organizational policies.

**Requirements**:

- Band 4 qualification is mandatory.
- Active PVG
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
