**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar & Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our food and drink staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons while delivering exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve beverages, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience.

**Duties**
- Serve food and drink in our busy restaurant and bar.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant & bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing laws.
- Assist with stock management, including inventory checks and replenishing supplies as necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant & bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation is advantageous.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local licensing laws.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
