Security Supervisor for Jaguar Land Rover

Reporting to: National Contracts Manager

This role will play a key part in leading and motivating the team to achieve, providing guidance and training to deliver excellent service.

50 hours per week & 28 days annual leave.

Shift pattern - Monday to Friday - 7.00am - 5.00pm ( You will need to demonstrate considerable flexibility with these hours, which may vary in accordance with the business or customer needs)

This vacancy is covered by the Working Time Regulations.

**Position Overview**:
Responsible for supervising the day-to-day security requirements of a prestigious site, maintaining a good corporate image and high standard of professionalism. The role also includes responsibility for operational, administrational and quality management processes to ensure company standards and procedures are maintained, whilst providing customer service excellence at all levels, a primary responsibility of this function.

Supervisor duties include, but are not limited to;
- Supervising the day-to-day security requirements of a prestigious site,
- Maintaining a good corporate image and high standard of professionalism.
- Responsibility for operational, administrational and quality management processes to ensure company standards and procedures are maintained, whilst
- Providing customer service excellence at all levels, a primary responsibility of this function
- Monitoring the team performance to meet KPI’s.
- Ensuring the tasking and adherence of Assignment Instructions.
- Ensure all security personnel are correctly presented and courteous at all times.
- Ensuring that all relevant ‘On Site’ induction training has been completed.
- Ensuring all incident reports and site documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all patrol activity is carried out in accordance with the Site instructions.
- Ensuring the safety and welfare of the team members is maintained at all times.
- Dealing with holiday /uniform requests / payroll queries (escalating and resolving as required).
- Investigating misconduct or malpractice issues.
- Daily scheduling / manning requirements include, Gatehouse, Reception and Patrolling duties

To succeed in this important role you will have:

- Previous experience in a Supervisory Management
- Strong communication and administration skills with good attention to detail
- Excellent inter-personnel skills.
- Flexible attitude toward work, with good commercial awareness and customer focus.
- Passion for Customer service with a “Can Do “attitude”.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £37,500.00 per year
