Are you savvy with social media and passionate about building inclusive communities? Blossom Groups is looking for enthusiastic **Volunteer Social Media Promoters** to help spread the word about our **Togetherness Cafés**, vibrant spaces where people from all walks of life come together to connect, learn, and thrive.

About the Role:
As a Volunteer Social Media Promoter, you will play a key role in raising awareness of the Togetherness Cafés and their programs, helping us grow our online presence. You’ll create engaging content, manage posts, and interact with our online community, promoting our events and initiatives to a wider audience. Key responsibilities include:

- **Creating and scheduling social media posts** on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to promote café activities and events.
- **Engaging with followers** by responding to comments, messages, and shares to build a vibrant online community.
- **Designing graphics and writing captions** to highlight the Togetherness Cafés’ diversity, inclusivity, and community impact.
- **Collaborating with the Blossom Groups team** to ensure consistent messaging and branding across platforms.
- **Tracking engagement metrics** to optimize social media strategies and reach more people.

What We’re Looking For:

- A passion for **social media** and community engagement.
- Experience managing or creating content for **social media platforms** (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- **Creative skills** in designing graphics, writing engaging posts, or editing videos (experience with tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus).
- Strong **communication skills** and an ability to connect with diverse audiences.
