- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a registered domiciliary care home.
- Ensure that high-quality care is provided to residents in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement care plans for each resident, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Manage and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' care plans to ensure they are up to date and effective.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure residents receive appropriate medical care.
- Monitor the health and well-being of residents, responding to any changes or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents' care and support needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.

- Previous experience in a similar role within the assisted living or senior care industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of dementia care and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
- First aid certification is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in assisting residents with mobility or transfers.

Pay: £25,243.81-£32,500.00 per year
