A Specialist SEN School in St Ebbes, Oxford is looking for a caring and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join their friendly team full-time. The school supports children with various additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, PMDL, those with lower cognitiveabilities and complex learning needs. Therefore, if you are patient, understanding and up for a challenge then the students need you

Your day-to-day will involve supporting and shadowing the class teacher, whilst providing 1:1 support for the SEN students. You will help run exciting lessons to help make the classroom a fun and exciting place. Behavioural management and personal care mayalso be required. This is a place where no two days are the same

Experience working with SEN children and/or adults is preferred. This can be professional or personal experience, such as having a family member with additional needs. A relevant degree would also be desirable, as well as experience in education. Passionand enthusiasm is essential
