Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

**Salary**: £28,000 - £30,000

Location: Sheffield
OVERVIEW:
To be a key daily point of contact for customers and to be the voice of the customer
Provide support to the Key Account Manager.
Coordination and administration of all customer related issues.
Deliver the defined annual objectives as well as those of other global subsidiaries
THE ROLE:
Be responsible for the day-to-day communication with your customer contacts.
Become a primary point of commercial contact for the customers.
Develop working relationships across the Global organisation to ensure satisfied customers.
Participate in customer visits, meetings, virtual and in person conferences. Some travel necessary
Understand and be familiar with all customer commercial procedures and documentation as defined by each individual customer (including the use of on-line B2B portals).
Manage key issues that affect our global cash flow and profitability.
Maintain all commercial agreements and communicate commercial issues to all affected global sites.
Plan and support the price negotiations.
Support our global project delivery teams throughout the development cycle.
Be the central point of contact for customer requests for product change, gather information, and submit responses.
Ensure full commitment and support for training, communication, Health & Safety, housekeeping, environmental considerations and personal discipline.
THE CANDIDATE:
Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines in a fast paced and diverse environment
Ability to work as part of a team and work with minimum supervision whilst meeting deadline commitments (essential) whilst not being afraid to ask questions.
Qualified to degree level or equivalent preferably in a Business or Engineering discipline
Fluent communication in English language (essential) and in German (desirable)
Working knowledge of personal computers and use of Microsoft Office (essential) and of SAP (desirable)
Knowledge of electronic and mechanical product design, plastic moulding products, cosmetic surfaces (desirable)
Experience possibly in the Automotive industry (desirable)
