**Customer Service Advisor**

Mainline Menswear are a leading online retailer of men’s designer clothing in the UK. Based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire we are currently looking for an experienced individual with excellent time management and communication skills who possess a positive attitude and can work independently to meet varying targets reporting into the Customer Service Manager.

**Shift Pattern**:
**Shift 1**
Tuesday - Saturday (Shifts between 8am-6pm Tues - Fri and 9-5pm Saturdays)
Sunday and Monday (Days Off)
Total - 40 hours per week

Shift 2
Monday - Friday (Shifts between 8am-6pm)
1 Saturday in 3 - 9am 5pm
Sunday Day Off
Total - 40 hours

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Answering telephone calls, providing support and the best outcome to customers using an internal bespoke built systems

2. Setting up customer orders, taking payments and Dealing with Customer returns exchanges

3. Dealing with exchanges.

4. Tracking parcels and liaising with couriers to follow up deliveries when required.

5. Measuring garments to provide accurate sizing for customers.

**About you**

1. Required to work evening/weekends & bank holidays as on a rota basis

2. PC Literate

3. Good communications skills and the ability to remain calm and operate efficiently under pressure

4. Friendly, outgoing manner and well organised with excellent attention to details

5. Happy to work as part of a small friendly team but also able to work alone on individual tasks.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience of no less than 1 year (preferred)

Previous experience within a similar customer service environment (essential)

Previous knowledge of Adyen, Paypal, Klarna & Amazon payment programs/systems (desirable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
