Bar Supervisor

Due to expansion we are hiring a Bar Supervisor.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate effectively and build rapport with customers and staff
- Be efficient with cash handling and other financial tasks.
- Have passion for creating cocktails and keep up to date with latest trends
- Be familiar with local liquor laws.
- Provide excellent customer service and always striving to improve customer satisfaction.
- Have sound knowledge of beverages, wines, cocktails etc.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Have a can do attitude
- Be driven to reach weekly targets whilst thinking of new ways to generate business
Essential criteria
- At least two years’ experience in a Supervisory or management role within the Hospitality/Retail industry preferred but not required
Strong leadership skills with experience motivating and inspiring a performance and customer service-driven, cohesive team of staff
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
