Does organising a luxurious pampering experience sound like your perfect project?- Our multi-award-winning spa is currently recruiting for a Treatments and Activities Sales Co-ordinator - and we’re even offering you commission- This is an exciting role here at the hall, where you will be the first to know about our latest beauty treatments and brilliant guest packages available. You will work face-to-face with the guests in our stunning spa, as well as liaise closely with other departments to ensure their experience is second-to-none. From scheduling treatments and activities, to arranging specific meal plans, you will create and organise the perfect Ragdale experience, recognising special requirements, guest health information and ensuring that treatments are accurately billed to the guest’s account. This is also a sensitive role that requires you to have empathy when discussing guests medical history and other personal information.- You will also be responsible for the therapists’ schedules, ensuring that meal and welfare breaks are provided for within their varied day of treatments.- If you have great organisation and customer care skills, then Ragdale Hall Spa would love to hear from you. - Full training will be provided, however an understanding of computers is preferable. As this is a customer facing role, some similar experiences would be advantages, however not essential.**Hours of work**
- 38 hours a week working 8 hour shifts between 8am - 7pm, including working 1 in 3 weekends. (This is a 9-month maternity cover position)- Shifts are;- 8am - 4.30pm- 8.30am - 5pm- 9am - 5.30pm- 9.30am - 6pm- 10am - 7pm (you will only work one of these shifts per week)**Salary**
- £21,763.92 per annum (including guaranteed commission) plus up to £1000 gratuities per annum**Perks**
