**Job Title**: Packaging Sourcing Executive

**Role Brief**

**Role Responsibilities.**

**Packaging Sourcing & Commercial Support**
- Assist with identifying and sourcing suitable primary and secondary packaging for skincare, haircare, and body care products.
- Support the review and comparison of quotes from suppliers.
- Assist in obtaining technical documents and sourcing samples for customer projects.

**Packaging Technology & Compatibility**
- Assist in documenting the results of compatibility and stability testing.
- Learn to evaluate the sustainability, recyclability, and material compliance of packaging components.

**Client & Supplier Engagement**
- Communicate with suppliers to gather packaging data, specifications, and lead times.
- Attend internal meetings and support the Account Manager by taking notes, tracking actions, and following up on deliverables.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Production to ensure packaging suitability and compliance.
- Maintain accurate project records and manage digital packaging libraries and samples.

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and file management systems.
- Demonstrated interest in packaging materials, personal care products, or sustainability is an advantage.
