Overview:
The output of the role will be measured on business growth including customer retention and acquisition, increased share of wallet and increase of brand awareness through a comprehensive marketing plan.

We are looking for an individual with a global mindset with strong interpersonal skills. You should be an analytical thinker and have great written and verbal communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inputting into marketing plans and campaigns that encompass both channels to market; International Schools and Distributors
- Work with the marketing commercial team to manage data capture processes, data management, and customer data selections
- Monitor campaign success, report on result, and use to make decisions on changes needed
- Writing content and creative briefs for internal and external agencies
- Supporting with international social media channel marketing
- Build relationships to strengthen key strategic partners to ensure we maximise all opportunities for the business
- Manage and monitor budget to ensure all activity is within planned spend
- Support the planning, preparation and attendance at key international events and exhibitions
- Research the market and circulate insights for both the distributor and international schools channel to monitor threats (e.g. competitor activity) and opportunities (e.g. new funding or government initiatives)
- Support on catalogue production and delivery

**Experience**:

- A full Driving License and Passport
- CIM qualified desirable
- Basic understanding of CMS platforms (such as WordPress) desirable
- Experience of using social media scheduling and reporting tools (such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
- Use of Microsoft Office Products
- A demonstrable understanding of international business
- Marketing and campaign experience with a related company and industry
- Be confident, friendly in manner and organised
- Flexible in approach to work and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Able to multi-task and achieve deadlines and targets with excellence
- A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
