Packaging Data Associate

- We are looking for someone with good attention to detail and strong communication skills to join our packaging team on a FTC till the end of March 2025. You will be working with key stakeholders across the business to scope, build and manage complex Packaging BOMs (Bill of Materials’) within PLM. Collaborate with cross functional teams to verify BOM accuracy and completeness._

**What you’ll do**

Your key accountabilities will include
- _Support with initial scope and build of packaging hub to PLM data flow enhancements to support Packaging waste and EPR compliance requirements. Ensure that all relevant reporting fields as per the packaging hub are mirrored in PLM library to ensure successful integration between the two systems as this will form the basis of the packaging complex BOM’s. _
- _Build and maintain user friendly and accurate complex BOMs in PLM system capturing all relevant packaging & labelling artwork references as per the PLM and Packaging hub libraries. Ensure BOM’s are established prior to each season to prevent delays in the buying critical path (CP). _
- _Collaborate with the packaging and buying teams to gather their input on the new BOM format, ensuring it meets all stakeholder needs and improves workflow by reducing duplicated data entry. _
- _Work closely with compliance, packaging and PLM teams to scope packaging hub enhancements impact on PLM and re-alignment of E2E packaging hub to PLM interface to support changes needed for accurate EPR and packaging waste reporting. _
- _Plan, prep and manage user testing alongside PLM team, ensuring new processes and interfaces work as intended and meet compliance standards. _

**Who you are**

- _Knowledge of existing packaging briefing processes is essential_
- _Critical path and stakeholder management_
- _Ability to communicate effectively and influence both internal and external stakeholders of all levels _
- _Excellent organisation & time management skills with attention to detail_
- _Packaging hub and PLM system experience is essential _
