**Theres an excellent starting basic of up to £22,000 that increases as you develop. Theres also a superb commission structure along with an annual profit share with consultants regularly earning between 35k - 70k once established with top billers earningmore. **About the Recruitment Consultant Role**:

- Working as part of an existing team in our Bolton town centre office, the role is busy and varied and will both challenge and reward you on a day to day basis. Duties include:

- Managing and developing a busy temporary and permanent multi sector client base
- Carrying out sales activity including cold and warm calling, attending client meetings and networking events
- Developing strong client relationships and winning new business
- Helping people find their ideal job
- Achieving agreed weekly and monthly KPIs to keep you on track

Previous experience in a telesales based role would be very interesting but is not essential. You will be IT literate with the ability to learn new systems. A full UK driving licence is required for client visits.

- The earnings for this role are made up of a basic salary of up to £22,000 with current Consultants consistently earning £35,000 + from commissions and bonuses, with top consultants regularly earning over GBP70,000
