Firstly, you will be supporting 3 key business areas - Products, Compliance and Contractual Services, assisting our supplier teams with the management and input of essential data to allow Direct365 to make key decisions and provide a seamless customer journey. **Your role as **Category Assistant** at Direct365 will include**:

- Collating competitor data on our main products and services, spotting key trends, and analysing pricing to ensure we stay competitive in the marketplace.
- Maintain online pricing based off competitor shopping, manage online stock availability, and action pricing changes.
- Launching new products to our website, uploading imagery, copy, and merchandising on our web pages.
- Managing our Compliance category - you’ll work with the supplier base to ensue all SLAs are achieved and KPIs are met.
- Running weekly meetings with suppliers to update on the status of work and highlighting any issues to the category teams.
- Assisting with analysis on contractual suppliers, ensuring the best services and prices to our customer base.
- Working on data improvement projects across the business.

- Excellent communication skills as you will be speaking regularly in meetings with suppliers and stakeholders
- Great computer and administrative skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel
