Billingham Logistics ltd requires muti-drop delivery drivers at our pocklington based depot in york.
Your role will include delivery and collection of parcels to commercial and private addresses. Must be smart, polite and courteous to other road users as you are the face of our business.
Working hours are monday
- Friday 6am till finish and the odd Rota saturday morning,
there will be a 2 month trial period and after that you will gain a permanent contract.
Must be very hard working and punctual no unauthorised absences, there will be bonus incentives for good time keeping and meeting your targets, these positions would suit athletic well motivated individuals that are not afraid of hard work and you will be rewarded for your efforts.
We strive in looking after our drivers and will support you every step of the way as you get to know your new run, many other Courier firms can be a little misleading when it comes to payments making you believe you will be earning more than you actually will be, this is down to you having to pay van hire, fuel and Extra mileage charges, we do not believe this is the way to treat people and will always be truthful when it comes to salaries ect that’s why 95% of our drivers have stayed with us for over 5 years.
