Our company **Success Insider** has grown tremendously so far: organically reaching over 40 million people in over 59 countries. So to be considered, you must show your hunger and eagerness. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Here are some of the key tasks you'll be involved with: _ - **Onboarding new students **who've joined our personal development courses with a presentation on Zoom followed by a life coaching session to uncover their problems and tailor the journey to best suit their needs. - **Upselling courses to our graduates **with additional courses that will benefit them on their next step of their personal growth journey. **Skills and Abilities** - **Life coaching certification(s) **or some real-life experience coaching clients (preferred but essential) - **Sales skills & experience **(preferably to do with personal development courses) - **1 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience** (preferably in a virtual environment) - **Impeccable grammar (written and verbal) **- our standards are sky high - **Tech-Savvy - **You must competently be able to use all our softwares. - **Excellent Time Management skills **- ability to manage tasks effectively - **Flexibility **- we move FAST.
