We are looking to recruit a front of house receptionist to work 3 days in a fabulous office building situated in Ealing, Just a 10 minute walk from the station.

You should be an experienced receptionist taking pride in delivering a first-class tenant and visitor experience. You’ll have a can-do attitude and enjoy being proactive and ensuring any building issues are reported and managed. You will bring personality and efficiency to the building.

Key Responsibilities
**Managing reception**
- Meeting, greeting and registering visitors to the building - following sign in protocols
- Post and courier management
- Maintaining building processes documents and local amenities file
- Ensuring excellent channels of communication between your job share
- Weekly reporting to key stakeholders

**Building management**
- Supporting the on-site Building Manager with building related administration
- Managing contractors and ensuring any building issues are reported to the Building Manager
- Pay particular attention to the health and safety of the building

**Tenant experience**
- You will work with your job share to develop some events or activities to help create a community vibe in the building.
- You will work as a team to deliver relevant initiatives which drive tenant participation and enjoyment.
- You will have a keen interested in local news and what’s happening in the area, keeping tenants informed with the creation of a monthly e-newsletter

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- You should be a well presented and experienced receptionist
- You should be a team player and work well on a job share basis
- You must also have excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner
- You should be Mac/PC literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using social media and apps
