We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspector to join our team. As an Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our children homes. Your primary responsibility will be to analyse and inspect various aspects of care provided to ensure they meet the required standards.

Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of children homes, including buildings, systems and staffing
- Review policies, procedures and childrens level of care
- Perform quality inspections and provided detailed reports and recommedations
- Collect data and document inspection findings accurately and comprehensively
- Collaborate with management team to address any issues or concerns identified during inspections

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in children's home inspection or a related field
- Strong knowledge of practices, techniques, and policies and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate inspection findings verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
