Commissions Manager / Redhill / Finance / Contract

**Client Details**

A well established Redhill organisation are seeking a Commissions Manager on a fixed term contract basis.

**Description**

As Commissions Manager you will be responsible for:

- Management of Commission team and ensuring turnaround times are met.
- Develop tools and processes to enable effective management of commissions.
- Ensure relationships with brokers are maintained and that the service level provided remains at a high quality.
- Identify any areas of risk within Commissions (for example over payment, lost sites) and create prevention strategies.
- Monitor performance against set targets and highlight any underperformance. Work with Sales to implement measures to cover risk
- Monitor Commissions forward liability and accrual.
- Maintain accrual values and validate invoices ensuring they are in-line with accrued amounts.
- Management of Agency style agreements; ensuring contractual terms are met.
- Produce bespoke accrual reports for finance.
- Drive improvement and efficiency, developing new ways of working.
- Financial modelling for current or prospective Commission/Sales strategies. To include factors such as, depreciation risk, margin return, payback period and future value of money.
- Management and approval of bespoke commission arrangements, ensuring any contractual terms are commercially viable.
- Production/analysis of current liability for a particular broker/agreement/sector.
- Production of Monthly Commercial MI
- Adherence to the contractual clauses and conditions of bespoke third parties

**Profile**
- Commercial knowledge
- Strong analytical ability
- The ability to evaluate processes and offer innovative solutions.
- Degree in a numeric/analytical discipline (e.g. Economics, Statistics, Econometrics)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- In Redhill office 3 days a week and 2 days WFH

**Job Offer**
