Complaints Handler

Our client is a housing association based in Portsmouth with a real focus on developing good quality affordable housing and high-end customer service. Currently they are seeking a Complaints Handler for a temporary role on a 3-month basis.
Duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for any complaints from residents and individuals
- Setting up review meetings with dissatisfied residents and managers
- Working with complaints procedures and protocols, following appropriate stages of elevations of complaints
- Working and liaising with external bodies such as the Housing Ombudsman to help support complaints
- Working to targets to ensure a resolution is produced to any displeased customer
- Following up on meetings and resolutions in order to maintain satisfactory changes within the company
- Providing information on how the company can establish less complaints and improve customer service and support
- Using in-house systems to ensure efficiency and clear communication all round
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
