As a Call Handler, you will be working in a customer focused environment working with a wide range of clients while arranging cover for both new and existing clients. We are looking for focused individuals who wants to exceed Client's expectations in the delivery of service.

**Insurance Advisor Role**:

- Experience in delivering best in class customer service experience by phone in an Inbound Sales environment
- Full time role 37.5 hours per week
- Deliver upon FCA regulatory and underwriting expectations to ensure Risk and Compliance score of 90% or above
- Understand customers demand and needs (including medical) throughout the sales journey to find most suitable product/solution
- Successfully achieve positive commercial outcomes and delivery against KPIs through excellent influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to overcome customer objections via sales skill around price, shopping around and speaking to partner in order to drive positive resolution
- Maintain product knowledge across all our brands to ensure proactive retention of all customers within our eco system
- Proactively support your colleagues and collaborate to help achieve targets
- Clear communicator who can build relationships and bring their personality to work
- Self-motivated to be able to take accountability of your own development and strive for the best version of you
- IT literate, able to take inbound calls whilst navigating multiple software.
