**SHIFT PATTERN: 2pm-10pm 5 days over 7 days**
**WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week**
**PAY RATE: £10.42 per hour**

As a Backshift Cleaning Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential. With ABM UK, you will be part of a team that values integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Clean and maintain common areas, such as entrances, lobbies, and corridors
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices
