- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with other staff members

**Salary**: £11.25 per hour
