**Driver £9.50 per hour Holidays 23 days pro rata Pension**

We operate an out of hours service for the NHS. Drivers will be based at Russells Hall Hospital and will be despatched, along with a doctor, to any location within the West Midlands and Birmingham. Drivers will be expected to check the vehicle before and after use and report any faults.

Hours : Various shifts available across 20-40 hours a week

**Main duties of the job**
- To chauffeur visiting clinicians to and from home visits and Primary Care Centres within the Malling Health operating area.
- This is an essential service not an emergency service and therefore drivers do not have special priorities over other road users.
- Drivers must carry out all driving duties in a safe and legal manner ensuring that the vehicle is driven and passengers are carried out in full compliance with current driving regulation and codes principally the Road Traffic Act and the Highway Code.
- A full clean licence is essential and due to insurance purposes the applicants should be over 25 years
