**Customer Service Executive**

**Starting Salary of £19,500**

**The first 8-12 weeks will be spent training in our Newport office which offers a modern working environment and on-site canteen.**

**After you have completed your training, we offer a remote or hybrid working policy.**

**Working hours - 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, only one late shift per week and 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am - 2pm)**

Target Group are a leading business services provider in financial services, working with over 50 companies including banks, building societies and government organisations.

**The Role....**

Our Customer Service Executives work across our Servicing Division providing exceptional customer service and advice to our clients' customers whether that's on their bank accounts, loans, mortgages or assisting customers with overdue accounts.

Responsibilities could include:

- Answering calls from customers and providing the best possible service
- Advising customers on overdue accounts and solutions around repayment
- Ensuring that all customers are treated fairly in line with FCA Guidelines
- Working hard to ensure the team/department hit agreed SLAs
- Ensuring all information added to customer accounts is accurate

You will need to be comfortable dealing with, and identifying, vulnerable customers and there will be a minimum of 6 weeks training for all new Executives, which includes 4 weeks in our new Academy

**Requirements**:
We welcome applicants with relevant customer service experience from Contact Centre, Retail or Hospitality backgrounds. We don’t insist on prior Call Centre experiencejust a passion for great customer service. - Customer services experience
- Experience or understanding of contact centre tasks - telephony, data entry and administrative management for customers (desirable)
- Experience of dealing with, or an understanding of Vulnerable Customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills

This role has a starting salary of £19,500, with the possibility depending on performance to increase to £21,000 by 18 months service.
