The AVP Stress Testing Quantitative Analyst role, is focused on project and process management of stress testing infrastructure activities within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). The role requires strong project management and stakeholder management background.This requires deep understanding of the IT process, data structures and infrastructure that would enable pro-active process management, anticipation of likely bottlenecks, complex dependencies, and timeline delivery risks. The requirements for this type ofrole go beyond traditional date-tracking and task assignment project management typically used to track large scale projects by requiring a strong ability to work along with the key stakeholders and delivery teams (mainly IT) following the full delivery/developmentprocess detail and hence having the ability to foresee any obstacles ahead of time and appropriately escalate and guide the inter-dependent teams and stakeholders towards successful delivery on strict and firmly committed timeline. Background in the systemsimplementation, data migration and IT integration is a necessary, while key requirements is to have strong focus on detail, being exceptionally inquisitive and strongly motivated to "get under the hood" of the process. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuringmotivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities. **Responsibilities**: - Develops and manages project plans, runs BAU team planning and coordinates activities - Gathers and documents functional specifications for implementation of quantitative risk models - Conducts data analysis, data mining, read and create formal statistical documentation, reports and work with Technology to address and resolve data quality issues. - Manges the Jira system and SPRINT agile framework - Validates assumptions; escalate identified risks and sensitive areas in methodology and process. - Automates data extraction and data preprocessing tasks, perform ad hoc data analyses, design and maintain complex data manipulation processes, and provide documentation and presentations. - Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities. **Qualifications**: - Previous experience in banking, technology or consulting - Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel and Tableau - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Self-motivated and detail oriented - Demonstrated project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time **Education**: - Bachelor's/University degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics -------------------------------------------- - **Job Family Group**: Risk Management ------------------------------------------------ - **Job Family**: Risk Analytics, Modeling, and Validation ----------------------------------------------------- - **Time Type**: Full time ----------------------------------------------------- - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
