Axcis Education are looking to appoint a teaching assistant who has experience working with children with SEND and challenging behaviours.

The role, is full time and school hours are 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday. The role will require you to work with students who have a range of needs including ADHD, autism, SEMH difficulties, MLD and challenging behaviours. Some of the students in this school can display challenging behaviours. Prior knowledge of behaviour de-escalation techniques, such as Team Teach, will be looked upon favourably though it is not essential for this role.
