**About us**
Here at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln we are recruiting a Workshop Controller to join our fantastic Aftersales team. If you would like to become part of one of the largest Motor Retailers within the UK, and enjoy ongoing training and development opportunities, then this could be the ideal role for you. We are offering a basic salary of £32,000 with an OTE of £35,000 plus Company benefits.
**About the Role**
The Workshop Controller role is one of the busiest and most important roles within the dealership and consists of assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop. The role will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resource of your team. You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to at all times.
**About You**
It is essential that you have experience from within the motor industry, ideally within a Workshop Controller role. If you are a Senior Service Advisor looking for the next step, we also want to hear from you You will have exceptional communication skills. You will also need to have a full, valid UK driving licence.
