**Some details about the role**

The building cleaner will ensure all public and staff areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness**. **They will use of various tools and equipment to ensure that cleansing is carried out to a high standard e.g. mops, dusters, brushes etc.

The post holder is required to hold a full UK Driving license and use of own vehicle. Vehicle business insurance must be added to policy, if successful.
- Ensure all toilet supplies and washroom supplies are sufficiently stocked at all times
- Ensure the safe use and storage of all-cleaning materials and equipment, paying special attention to the use of chemical solutions in accordance with COSHH regulations
- Ensure all Health and Safety precautions are observed to ensure personal safety and the safety of others
